Within 1-7 days in advance of your surgery, a nurse from Ophthalmology Surgery Center of Illinois will call you at home to review your health history, surgical history, list of medications and instructions for day of surgery.
Approximately 12-24 hours in advance of your surgery, a call will be made to your home to inform you of your arrival time for surgery and perform a final review of any financial responsibility due on the day of surgery.
You are responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance.
